The following extended health benefit providers accept eligible* claims for reimbursement:

Sun Life, Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Equitable Life of Canada, Claimsecure, and Manulife.

Accepted Methods of Payment

Major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and Interac e-Transfer.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is taken at the end of session if paying by credit card and before session if paying by e-Transfer. Clients who opt to pay with a credit card are asked to maintain a valid credit card on file in their private and secure Jane App client account. Payments are processed through Stripe in the Jane Payments platform.

Can I be reimbursed by my insurance?

In Canada, more and more insurance providers are offering coverage for Therapeutic Counselling. Oftentimes, this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee your sessions will be covered by your insurance, so I always recommend to clients that they contact their insurance provider.
